Father’s Day certainly does not get as much recognition as Mother’s Day – at least not in Jamaica. However,  some reggae and dancehall artistes aren’t leaving out their fathers on this day aimed at celebrating the bond between father and child.

Below is a list of some entertainers who took to social media on Sunday (June 21 ) to celebrate their fathers.

Popcaan

Popcaan was one of the first entertainers on IG to share Father’s Day greetings for his dad affectionately known as “Shaggy”.

“Happy Father’s Day G,” said Popcaan who not only tagged his dad in the post but shared a photo of the two bonding at what seems to have been a river flex.
