In honour of Women’s history month, VH1 and the cast Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta shared the women that they are inspired by.

Speaking during the promotional video, Dancehall artiste Spice shared that she is inspired by American media mogul, television producer Mona Scott-Young, Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey.

“For women’s history month there are a few women that gives me inspiration to fight for my dream. Winning is a must for me, I promise you’re going to remember my name “Grace Spice Hamilton”.,” Spice wrote. ” Salute to all the hard working females out there who are putting in the work to make an impact.( Some a unu siddung pan IG a make bad comments and live daily just to tear people down. Happy Sunday,” she added. Touching on racism, the newly crowned ‘Queen of Dancehall’ shared that critics told her she would never get the big break in the music industry due to her skin colour.

“Over the years i’ve been told that because the colour of my skin that i wouldn’t make it this far,” Spice, whose given name is Grace Hamilton said in the video. “So i look up to strong, powerful, back women.
