Platinum-selling Reggae artiste, Shaggy, will be among the performers at a Commonwealth concert in honour the birthday of Queen Elizabeth the second.

The concert is being held by the BBC at the Royal Albert Hall in London on April 21, to mark the sovereign’s 92nd birthday and to highlight her role as head of the Commonwealth ‘family of nations’.

The Queen’s Birthday Party will see some of the biggest names in music come together to put on a birthday party extravaganza to air live on BBC One and BBC Radio Two.

Already confirmed are Sir Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, Craig David, Ladysmith Black Mam-bazo and Sting and Shaggy.

The performance will be attended by many senior members of the Royal Family.
